Heavyweight boxing champ Anthony Joshua was released from a Nigerian hospital New Year’s Eve and immediately paid tribute to his trainers who were killed in the highway crash that put him there.

The driver of the car involved in the crash that injured Anthony Joshua and killed two people has been charged with reckless and dangerous driving, Nigerian police said.

Sina Ghami and Latif 'Latz' Ayodele died after the vehicle they were travelling in along with Joshua struck a stationary truck on a major road near Lagos on Monday.
