There are reports of multiple people shot. As of 4:30 PM on Saturday, a large law enforcement presence has been established by Brook and Thayer Streets; law enforcement officials could be seen entering a Brown University building. Multiple rescues are at the location.

Met Éireann says Storm Bram will bring very strong to gale force southerly winds with severe gusts and that potential impacts include flooding of low-lying coastal areas, especially during high tide, wave overtopping, difficult travel conditions, debris and power outages. Some outdoor events may also be impacted.

"The flooding levels we're looking at are potentially historic in nature," Gov. Bob Ferguson said Thursday afternoon, urging people to listen to official advice and follow evacuation orders.
