As a user of OneNote for 10 years now, the best way to organize notes is: ✅️ Templates that are prepped and ready to go ✅️ A system to duplicate those templates ✅️ A storage system so you don't lose your notes again! It doesn't have to be too complex, but it needs to be structured so you can refer to note
