Cherokee Nation Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. on Friday announced the creation of new military branch license plates that will soon be available to Cherokee veterans and active military. Chief Hoskin unveiled the new license plate designs during the tribe’s Cherokee Veterans Christmas Gathering. The new plates will soon be in production and are expected to become available to those who qualify in 2026.
